What Is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is an official appointed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to verify the identity of document signers, witness signatures, administer oaths and affirmations, and help deter fraud. Notarization provides an added level of trust and authenticity for important documents.
Documents Commonly Notarized
We can perform notarial acts for many types of documents, including:
- Powers of Attorney
- Affidavits and Sworn Statements
- Real Estate Documents
- Parental Consent Forms
- Financial Documents
- Business Agreements
- Medical Authorization Forms
- Retirement and Pension Documents
- Trust and Estate Documents
Not sure what type of notarization your document requires? Please check with the person or organization requesting the document. Our notary is happy to explain the process but cannot choose the notarial act on your behalf.
