Do You Offer Mobile Notary Services?
Yes. Mobile notary services may be available for clients who are unable to visit our office or who prefer the convenience of notarization at a mutually agreed-upon location.
What Is a Mobile Notary?
A mobile notary travels to the client’s location to perform authorized notarial acts. Mobile appointments are subject to availability, travel distance, scheduling requirements, and applicable travel fees.

- Businesses and offices

Is There an Additional Fee for Mobile Notary Service?
Yes. In addition to Pennsylvania-authorized notary fees, a travel fee may apply based on location, distance, time, and appointment requirements. Travel fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.

What Should I Bring to My Appointment?
Please bring:
- The document(s) requiring notarization
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Any required witnesses
Please do not sign the document before meeting with the notary unless instructed to do so by the document recipient.
Can Mobile Notary Services Be Provided at Hospitals or Care Facilities?
Yes. Mobile appointments may be available at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, provided the signer is willing, aware, able to communicate, and meets all legal requirements for notarization.
Can You Tell Me What Type of Notarization I Need?
No. Pennsylvania notaries cannot determine, select, or recommend the type of notarial act required for a document. If you are unsure, contact the person, agency, organization, or attorney requesting the document.
Do You Provide Legal Advice?
No. Trdina Notary Services LLC is not a law firm. Our notary is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, explain legal rights, draft legal documents, interpret document contents, or advise you on the legal effect of a document.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Can a Notary Refuse Service?
Yes. A notary may refuse to perform a notarial act when permitted or required by Pennsylvania law, including situations involving inadequate identification, incomplete documents, suspected fraud, coercion, or lack of signer awareness or willingness.
